5. Marketplace and transactions

ExGlam is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. When you buy or sell, we share information necessary to complete the transaction—such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and order contents—with the other party and with payment and logistics partners. Sellers are responsible for their own use of buyer information beyond what is needed to fulfil an order. Listing photos and descriptions may be visible to all users of the Service.

6. Influencers, verification, and optional features

If you browse or purchase from influencer closets, we process data needed to display curated wardrobes and seller profiles. Where a product is marked as verified, we may store and display authentication-related images or metadata supplied by ExGlam or the seller. Features such as live auctions, item reservations, or seller bank details for payouts are collected only when relevant to your role and applicable settings, and are used solely to operate those features.

7. Communications

We and other users may contact you through in-app messaging related to listings or orders. We may also reach you by phone, SMS (including OTP codes), email, push notifications on the mobile app, or WhatsApp for support. You can adjust certain notification preferences in your account or device settings where available.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

On our website, we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language), measure traffic, and improve performance.
